Cancellations/Reschedules
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call 317-595-6300. If we are closed,
please leave a message.
We want to respect your time and ours. If you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we gladly ask you give us as much notice as possible. This will ensure we are able to maximize our appointments and appropriately reschedule your appointment.
To cancel or reschedule an appointment within 24 hours is considered a warning and the cancellation policy will be explained over the phone. If we are unable to reach you after a no show or cancellation, we will make a note to your file.
Upon your 2nd cancellation or reschedule within 24 hours, we will collect a 50% deposit toward your next appointment, in order to schedule further appointments with us.
After your 3rd cancellation or reschedule within 24 hours, all future appointments will be 100% pre-paid.
The deposit towards the services at the appointment will be forgone by the guest if the guest cancels, no shows, or is more than 15 minutes late to their appointment.
Arriving late to your appointment also follows the same policy. The 1st late arrival will be a warning. The 2nd late arrival will require 50% deposits to reschedule future appointments. After your 3rd late arrival, we will collect 100% for each appointment scheduled.
